Administration
Administrative Assistant: Reports to Human Resources, but will support the president and will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks.
Receptionist: Manage our reception area. The individual will serve as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a friendly welcome.
The position will also coordinate all front-desk activities, including calls and guest services.
Financial & Accounting
Accounts Payable: Open and distribute accounts payable mail, review and research vendor statements for past due balances and open credits,
verify invoices by reviewing and correcting vendor numbers, general ledger code, accurate dollar amounts, purchase order,
and manager signature. Maintain monthly books for Check Registers and Monthly Reconciliation.
Information Technology
IT Systems Administrator: Ensure our servers, network infrastructure, and critical user systems are supported and updated to meet the needs of the business.
IT Support Technician: Knowledgeable of POS system hardware and software maintenance. Serve as the first line of support for end-user systems such as desktops,
laptops, phones, network equipment, and surveillance systems, in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Human Resources
Human Resources Generalist (Part-time): Lead employee human resource investigations,
systemizing new-hire onboarding and employee termination process. Conduct exit interviews for
feedback purposes. Researching compensation levels compared to the market.
Recruiting Support Specialist (Internal Recruiter): Must have full-cycle recruiting experience,
from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to pre-screening and hiring great employees.
Ensures our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Marketing
Marketing Manager: Plan and execute a variety of marketing strategies. Develop, execute and analyze online marketing strategies including the website, email marketing, paid digital advertising, paid social campaigns and search engine optimization.
Social Media Specialist: Manage the growth of Oberweis' social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction.
Marketing Specialist: Write a broad range of copy and content to ensure consistency and a strong brand identity for all print and digital materials. This individual will work on a variety of marketing projects including home delivery product website updates.
Web Developer: A passionate web development leader who has experience building enterprise solutions and developing an overall web development strategy. This individual will review and contribute to solution designs and also define technical requirements and processes.
Retail Sales
Key Account Manager: Plan and execute a sales strategy for regional and key accounts in order to achieve revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the grocery industry.
Sales Merchandiser: Follow the routes agreed upon with the Merchandising Manager, which includes driving to
each store in the order requested by the Merchandising Manager and servicing each store.
