Oh Snap! granola

Serve with Oberweis Vanilla Ice Cream!

Makes Six Servings

Ingredients list:
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unbleached flour or cornstarch
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unbleached flour or gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup cold Oberweis unsalted butter cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup (4 oz) Oh Snap! granola, crumbled
  • Oberweis vanilla ice cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8 x 8 baking dish.
  2. Gently combine the berries with the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Place in baking dish.
  3. Prepare the topping by combining the crumbled granola, flour, both sugars and salt in a bowl. Work the cold pieces of butter into the mixture and sprinkle evenly over the berries.
  4. Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet and bake in the center of the oven until fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, approximately 45 minutes. Since the granola is already toasted, you may need to cover lightly with aluminum foil for the last half of baking. Let cool and serve with Oberweis Vanilla Ice Cream!
