Help yourself to a tall stack of our Happy Holidays Egg Nog Pancakes on Christmas morning. They’re festive, fluffy and fun to eat because they’re made with our creamy Egg Nog. Pour over some Vermont maple syrup for a breakfast that’s simply delicious.

6-8 Servings

Ingredients list:
  • 2 cups Oberweis Egg Nog
  • 2 tbsp Oberweis unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Seven Sons Pasture-Raised Large Grade A Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oberweis Vermont Maple Syrup

  1. Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat. Coat lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, sift flour with sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour batter - about 1/4 cup per pancake - onto griddle. When pancakes begin to bubble on top, flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  6. Serve with butter and syrup; or powdered sugar with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
