Our Managers Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
- Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
- Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties.
- Manage cost controls and inventory.

- Retail/restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills
- Positive track record of controlling cost and increasing sales
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Experience in recruiting and training staff
